Our mission is to provide a welcoming environment that enables us to provide comprehensive care for your pet for a long and healthy life.
Annual exams and proper preventative care can lead to early detection of problems and enhance and lengthen life. We will do our best to educate and inform our clients as we view veterinary medicine as a team effort between us and our clients.
We treat dogs, cats, rabbits and small rodents - mice, rats, guinea pigs, and hamsters.
We are currently accepting new patients for rabbits. Dr. Weber is a long-time rabbit enthusiast and former breeder of show rabbits in her younger years.
We do our utmost to maintain a calm and comfortable environment for all our patients . We have separate waiting rooms for dogs and cats (other pets please use the cat entrance under normal circumstances).
Currently, due to COVID restrictions, we use our separate waiting rooms to maximize social distancing so the species may not fit the room but there will only be one client at at time in each room.
Dr. Weber performs general practice surgery, spays, neuters, dentals, growth removals , biopsies and exploratory surgery.
Surgeries will generally go home in the afternoon. In rare exceptions or in cases of emergency treatment or stabilization of cases requiring hospitalization, we will have the owner transfer to pet to a 24 hour emergency hospital for continued care to recover there for the duration rather than having to transfer back and forth.
We accommodate all pets by having separate entrances and waiting rooms for dogs and cats. Our pocket pet patients are welcome in the cat room.
Please make sure all cats and pocket pets are securely contained in a carrier. Please make sure all dogs are securely leashed or, if small, in a carrier, and under control at all times. If you do not have a carrier or leash, we are happy to give you a complimentary leash and we have carriers that can be borrowed.
If your animal has a cough, is a barker around other animals or is just shy, call ahead before your appointment, we will clear the waiting room to ensure that all pets stay healthy, safe and calm.
We have kept everyone safe during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and are committed to keeping everyone safe. We trust that all clients will follow our guidelines that exist for everyone's safety.
We have small examination rooms so only request one client per visit. We have a great exhaust system that will remove the air via ducts to the outside so that no air recirculates in the hospital, ensuring a healthy environment for all.
