Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT)

We are seeking either a full or part time RVT with the following qualities:

• Works well with others
• Comfortable handling dogs, cats, and pocket pets
• Ability to work calmly under pressure
• Previous experience at other hospitals or clinics preferred, but not required

Duties Will Include:

• This is a head tech position, we are looking for someone who enjoys teaching others and is a skilled leader
• Anesthesia monitoring, intubation and extubation, and post-operative care
• Catheter placement, SQ, IM and IV injections and monitoring
• Dental prophies, dental X-rays, care and maintenance of instruments
• Digital X-ray procedures and assisting specialists who come to clinic
• Overseeing the assistants and directing hospital operations. 

Because this is a small clinic, everyone does everything, we expect everyone to pitch in and help keep the clinic spotless and help answer the phones.
